We are building a platform that brings together finance, technology, and sustainability to empower small entrepreneurs and MSMEs. Our goal is to create a verifiable, dignified growth journey for everyone.

We're looking for a co-founder who shares our vision and values ownership, curiosity, and resilience. This person will thrive in the messy intersections of finance, policy, and technology, where there are no easy answers but immense potential for transformation.

The ideal candidate will be driven by purpose, excited by building from first principles, and ready to co-create an ecosystem that aligns with our mission. We need someone who can handle ambiguity, keep moving forward when the road gets tough, and is comfortable structuring deals or designing systems.

We require someone who contributes financial commitment beyond time and expertise – contributing ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity. In return, you'll join a dynamic team shaping a system that demands first principles thinking, resilience, and initiative.

ResponsibilitiesGovernment Programs Co-founder Role

Create a target list + calendar locked for ZED / RAMP (MoMSME), SRLMs, DISCOM EE, STPI CoEs, and draft concept notes explaining Ethyx rails + telemetry + program KPIs.

Pilot #1 live: 25–50 invoices processed on CTO rails; consented data; ESG/SDG tags.

Three pilots live: safe + 2 external.

ESG/SDG dashboard ready for review by SIDBI/DFI/CSR partner; case study drafted.
