Engineering Leader Wanted

We're building robust systems with real users, and we need a talented Founding Engineer to design end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish technical foundations for complex systems, scaling them into reusable patterns as the team grows.
  • Design AI capabilities, including prompt orchestration, retrieval, function calling, streaming UX, and evaluation guardrails.
  • Develop high-throughput content processing pipelines, storage, delivery, with observability and cost control.
  • Implement identity, privacy, and trust features, such as consent-driven flows, signed tokens, rate limits, audit trails, and abuse prevention.
  • Create a data platform that normalizes external data, models entities/relationships, and exposes clean APIs.
  • Craft product surfaces, including shipping Flutter apps (buyer/seller) and ReactJS dashboards with reliability and performance budgets.
  • Ensure operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, automated tests, incident playbooks, and a sane release cadence.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java 23 and Spring Boot 3, plus comfort with Python.
  • Experience with Flutter or ReactJS in production.
  • Strong systems thinking, including data models, performance budgets, and failure handling.
  • Security and privacy instincts, with expertise in PII handling, consent flows, and audit trails.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on crisp documentation, READMEs, and runbooks.
