Microsoft 365 Governance and Automation Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting standards, and collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams.

You'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient environment across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  2. Build and manage Power Platform environments, policies, and pipelines.
  3. Partner with vendors and stakeholders to design and implement an environment strategy.
  4. Develop and support mission-critical applications, workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  5. Design and build impactful dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  6. Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  7. Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
  8. Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, security roles and licensing
  • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • SharePoint administration & permissions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
