Job Title: Live Music Performer

We are seeking a talented musician to join our team as a live music performer. This is a full-time role based in Siliguri, requiring a professional with exceptional musical skills and stage presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform at weddings, concerts, corporate events, and private shows.
  • Collaborate with fellow musicians, singers, and creative directors.
  • Rehearse and prepare music tailored to each event's theme.
  • Maintain instruments and uphold professional performance standards.
  • Interact with and engage audiences to elevate the event experience.
  • Adapt to different genres and styles based on event requirements.
  • Travel as needed for outstation shows and productions.

Requirements:
  • Musical Proficiency: Skilled in one or more instruments and/or vocals.
  • Performance Experience: Prior exposure to live events/concerts.
  • Adaptability: Ability to play across multiple genres.
  • Stage Presence: Strong audience connection and charisma.
  • Professionalism: Time management, discipline, and collaborative spirit.
  • Technical Edge: Familiarity with sound systems and audio gear (preferred).
  • Degree/certification in Music is a plus, but passion & talent matter most
