Meeting Scheduler Job

The role of a Meeting Scheduler involves leading and managing a team to schedule high-quality meetings with prospects in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance metrics (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, etc.) and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
  • Train, coach, and mentor appointment setters to ensure consistent messaging and quality conversations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track lead activities and maintain clean data records.
  • Refine scripts, outreach strategies, and objection handling methods tailored to the US market.
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting with a focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in sales outreach with digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills with negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset to optimize team performance and lead quality.
  • Ability to work in US time zones or provide significant overlap for team and client coordination.
