This key role is pivotal in optimizing raw material blending and production planning across global operations, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock.
  • Track inventories and production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting quality specs.
  • Build and maintain business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Handle transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
