Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

This role involves overseeing the entire supply chain for plants, ensuring efficient material planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse management.

  • Responsibilities include managing RM & BOM material planning and scheduling, capital equipment, services, chemicals, MRO supplies, and construction needs.
  • Supporting corporate purchasing goals, policies, and procedures, maintaining proper ethical standards and behavior.
  • Establishing long-term relationships with suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Coordinating logistics, transporters, FG inventory, and warehousing according to customer requirements.
  • Monitoring daily customer transactions and analyzing data to optimize business performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong English communication skills with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical competencies.
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and their relationships.
  • Effective communication across the organization and confidence in interacting with senior leadership.
