Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate leads from various sources to determine their eligibility and potential for our study abroad programs.
  • Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
  • Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Work closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience required, but added advantage if you come from a sales background.
  • Involvement in college communities, clubs, and the like is a plus point.
  • Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment.
