We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher (Team Leader) to join our school's sports team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Physical Education, Sports Coaching or Theory.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong expertise in multiple sports.
  • Comfortable managing children across all age groups.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of 5-6 sports coaches.
  • Skilled at organizing leagues, events and tournaments.
  • Proactive in curriculum design and innovative sports programs.
  • Strong sense of discipline and operations management.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our school's sports program. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative sports programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sports coaches to ensure high-quality coaching and mentoring.
  • Organize and manage sports events, leagues and tournaments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that supports student learning and achievement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
