Requirements:
">- Experience in running and leading internal resources posted in different geographies and time zones and managing teams, team building, coaching, and mentoring.
- At least 10+ years of software engineering experience including maintaining/operating at least one software product for 2+ years.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud computing and/or data processing and/or data science.
- Extensive team building and leadership experience and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Preferred Skills:
">- Strong executive presence and ability to interface effectively with US leadership.
- Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.
- Strong software security focus and mindset, experience with security certifications.
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to translate client and SME insights into product and operational requirements for the technical teams.
- Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
