Business Solutions Leadership Role

A seasoned business leader is required to drive strategic initiatives and lead presales activities across the region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of presales analysts and consultants, developing account strategies, and accelerating deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all presales activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and finance teams for accurate technical solutions and pricing.
  • Support sales forecasting and track opportunity progression.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies for account mining and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients.
  • Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
  • Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
  • Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling presales teams
