Job Title: Frontend Developer Lead

As a highly skilled Frontend Developer Lead, you will oversee the development and optimization of user-facing web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, guiding them in producing exceptional code quality and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Develop & Optimize User Interfaces: Take ownership of designing and maintaining user-friendly, high-performance, and responsive web interfaces that meet our users' needs.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create new features and deliver smooth, integrated experiences for users.
  • Integration of AI/ML: Drive the seamless interaction between AI/ML models and the user interface, enhancing our applications with cutting-edge technology.
  • Ensuring Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure consistent user experiences by leading efforts to test and optimize interfaces across various devices and browsers.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: 7-10 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 4 years in a lead role or as a senior developer.
  • Technologies & Frameworks: Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel), and version control systems (Git).
  • Ai/Ml Integration: Proven experience integrating Ai/Ml-driven applications and collaborating with data scientists on model deployment to the frontend.
