Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Architecture

  • Design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies
  • Lead frontend architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices
  • Build reusable component libraries and design systems for scalable development
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems

Technical Leadership

  • Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
  • Drive technical decisions around frontend tooling, frameworks, and development workflows
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences
  • Evaluate and recommend new frontend technologies and development practices
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex frontend issues and performance bottlenecks

Quality & Delivery

  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Participate in technical planning and provide accurate project estimates
