Job Title: Frontend Developer Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to join our forward-thinking team.

  • You will take ownership of the development and optimization of user-facing web applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor a team of developers and drive the architecture of scalable, high-performance frontend solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
About the Role:
  • Leverage AI/ML capabilities into the frontend, ensuring seamless interaction between models and the user interface.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly, high-performance, and responsive web interfaces.
  • Lead efforts to test and optimize interfaces across various devices and browsers for consistent user experiences.
Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring quality and consistency of the codebase.
  2. Develop User Interfaces: Develop and maintain user-friendly, high-performance, and responsive web interfaces.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to architect and implement new features.
  4. Ai/ml integration: Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into the frontend.
  5. Cross-browser compatibility: Lead efforts to test and optimize interfaces across various devices and browsers.
  6. Optimize performance: Spearhead performance optimization efforts.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 4 years in a lead role or as a senior developer.
  • Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js etc).
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel) and version control systems (Git).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech sector or experience in building educational platforms.
