We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a School Success Manager.

As a key member of our school success team, you will work closely with schools to deliver high-quality support and ensure their success in utilizing our platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless onboarding, thorough training, and proactive engagement with schools to maximize their benefits from our product.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and drive improvements. You will work collaboratively with our design, development, content creation, and data analysis teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the evolving needs of our partner schools.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role, preferably in a B2B organization. They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of educational technology and its applications. A passion for education and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reactive Support: Cater to training requests from schools, coordinate bug closure through emails or other communication channels.
  • Proactive Support: Develop strategies to improve interactions with schools, analyze usage details to drive enhancements, maintain academic calendars, create training content, and assist in pedagogical content creation.
