Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated EHS Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced professional to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general project coordination support for the execution and implementation of Enterprise Environmental, Health and Safety Management (EEHS) Team initiatives.
  • Support key team members' projects and campaigns through administrative activities and application of EHS knowledge.
  • Collect and curate insightful EHS metrics to help illuminate complex operational and strategic problems.
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks such as preparing reports, building executive level decks, and maintaining documentation.
  • Help coordinate EHS programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations across different global regions.
  • Input and maintain EHS-related data in tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping for audits and inspections.
  • Assist in tracking EHS training programs for employees, ensuring all staff members are up-to-date with required certifications.
  • Maintain and organize EHS documentation, including safety data sheets, incident reports, and risk assessments, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Help prepare for safety audits and inspections by ensuring relevant records are available and assisting in documenting findings.
  • Assist in the process of reporting and investigating workplace accidents, near misses, and safety incidents, ensuring that appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with local, state, and international EHS regulations, assisting in the preparation of compliance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Recent graduate, and/or minimum 1-2 years progressive professional experience in Health and Safety or a related field required.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other related data visualization systems and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organization.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding setting.
  • Focused on data analytics and insights.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.

Note: Salary may vary based on location and experience.
