Legal Transactions Specialist

Job Overview:
Drafting and advising on commercial contracts requires a strong understanding of legal principles and contractual agreements. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Additionally, conducting legal due diligence involves researching and analyzing companies to identify potential risks and opportunities. This includes reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other documents to assess the company's overall health and viability.
Transaction advisory services involve providing strategic guidance to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions. This may include structuring transactions, drafting transaction documents, and negotiating deal terms.
As a legal professional in this role, you will also be responsible for advising start-ups on venture capital transactions, including assisting with fund raising and transaction closure. This requires a deep understanding of investment structures, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in contract law, corporate governance, and financial analysis.
