We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead international projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile methodologies
  • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress
  • Monitor team progress and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Utilize Azure DevOps dashboards to track team performance and sprint progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience
  • +5 years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment
  • Fluent in English
