About the RoleThe successful candidate will support our Global Market Access (GMAx) organization with primary and secondary research projects, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions. This role requires close collaboration with our Director of Payer Research and Analytics, working on various projects related to summarizing access landscapes for specific disease areas, pricing and contracting, and reimbursement.
Main Responsibilities- Partner with payer marketing and GMAx teams to lead and manage primary and secondary research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Support therapeutically aligned Payer Research and Analytics Directors in understanding business stakeholders' priorities and developing data-driven solutions that support business objectives.
- Develop and shape internal market access insight deliverables, presenting findings and recommendations to global market access leadership.
- Work closely with global market access leadership to prioritize projects based on capacity availability within HHDDA.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or management consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of market access landscape and commercial analytics capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ability to work independently and collaborate seamlessly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with appreciation for data-oriented analytical methods.
- Ability to operate in unstructured environments and have strong organizational skills to create structure and clarity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in market access, strategy, and/or commercial analytics.
- Experience managing primary research projects with external vendors.
- Proficiency in programming languages for analyzing data and visualization software (e.g., Python, SQL, Dataiku, PowerBI).
