Marketing Trainee Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic corporate events team. This is an immersive opportunity to work alongside leading brands and gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, client engagement, and event innovation.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will help drive meaningful brand interactions, research emerging technologies, and support global and domestic event initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include customer data management and outreach, digital marketing campaigns, research and technology implementation, event strategy and support, and market analysis.

  • Customer Data Management and Outreach:
    • Generate, organize, and authenticate customer data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their evolving needs, introduce tailored service offerings, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and engage high-value prospects through personalized communication strategies.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
    • Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across email, social media, and online platforms.
    • Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility.
    • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to optimize strategies.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Research and Technology Implementation:
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies that enhance customer experience (e.g., AR/VR/XR, AI-driven platforms, interactive digital tools).
    • Research innovative ways to elevate engagement at corporate events, including gamification, hybrid formats, and immersive brand storytelling.
    • Assist in presenting new tech-based ideas to clients and integrating them into event proposals.
  • Event Strategy and Support:
    • Work with project managers, designers, and operations teams to support end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international events.
    • Contribute creative input to elevate event experiences in alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving client needs.
    • Analyze industry data and generate insights to support growth and marketing strategy.
  • Operational and Administrative Support:
    • Assist with vendor coordination and logistics support.
    • Support internal reporting systems to track performance and align with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM familiarity preferred, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), analytical and creative thinking, strong collaboration and time-management abilities, adaptability and curiosity in a fast-moving environment.
