Job Title: Cloud AIOps Strategist

Overview

This role involves developing and implementing an AIOps strategy for cloud operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AIOps strategy for cloud operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
  • Architect and design AIOps solutions leveraging machine learning, data analytics, and automation to optimize cloud operations.
  • Lead and mentor team of engineers and data scientists in development and deployment of AIOps solutions.
  • Oversee implementation of AIOps tools and technologies ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure.
  • Continuously monitor performance of AIOps solutions and make necessary adjustments to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT operations, development, and security to ensure alignment and integration of AIOps initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends and advancements in AIOps and cloud technologies and continuously explore innovative solutions to enhance operations.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on performance and impact of AIOps solutions presenting findings to senior management.
  • Ensure that AIOps solutions comply with industry standards and best practices including security and data privacy regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT operations with minimum of 3 years in leadership role focused on cloud technologies and AI/ML solutions.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace).
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of IT operations, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies with keen awareness of industry trends and best practices.
