As a Senior Accountant in the IT/Software sector, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

We are seeking an experienced accountant with strong bookkeeping skills and knowledge of Zoho Books. You will work closely with our team to maintain accurate financial records, prepare bank statements, and reconcile vendor invoices.

  • Your primary responsibilities include recording daily accounting entries, managing vendor payments, and maintaining books of accounts.
  • You will assist in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance, as well as prepare audit-ready documentation.
  • In addition, you will support month-end closing activities, coordinate with the HR team, and process payroll using payroll software.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and 2-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Zoho Books is mandatory, and exposure to QuickBooks and automated vendor payment tools is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
