Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. This will involve leading a team of marketing professionals, managing day-to-day marketing operations, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand management. The successful candidate will have proven experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to achieve business goals
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals and manage day-to-day marketing operations
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Paid Ads)
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning across online and offline platforms
  • Oversee content creation and product promotions
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI of campaigns

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results under deadlines
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is an added advantage
