About the RoleThis role requires a broad-based provision of legal support and expertise in worldwide commercial transactions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide counsel, negotiate contracts, and draft legal documents.
Responsibilities- Provide quality contracting support autonomously to the business, including analysis, drafting, and counsel.
- Negotiate and draft other legal documents, conduct research on various legal issues, and perform due diligence on proposed transactions.
- Review and interpret new or pending legislation and regulations impacting contracting to ensure compliance.
- Develop an understanding of Global pharma company's Contract Lifecycle management system and departmental guidance on best practices, processes, templates, clauses, and playbooks.
- Familiarize yourself with global privacy law and GDPR.
- Communicate directly with business clients and participate in general business meetings, teams, and projects as required.
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 2 years' experience in a law firm and/or in-house, including relevant experience in commercial contracting preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 8 Years.
- Ability to work flexible hours as this position supports global business in different geographies.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
