Corporate Relations Expert

We are seeking a talented Corporate Relations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining industry connections to enhance our partnerships with leading organizations.

This role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering impactful corporate relationships.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals and HR leaders.
  • Onboarding companies to post job opportunities and recruit talent through various channels.
  • Fostering long-term partnerships to build a robust hiring network.

In addition, you will collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs, match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities, and track and exceed placement targets.

You will also be responsible for gathering success stories and testimonials from placed candidates, using testimonials to strengthen brand credibility, and attracting more corporate partners.

Furthermore, you will identify and onboard industry experts for webinars and other events, manage events to promote our mission, and enhance corporate engagement.

Lastly, you will assist in planning quarterly outreach and placement goals, provide reports on outreach success, placement metrics, and industry trends, and have a strong interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in corporate relations, B2B partnerships, or recruitment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Networking: Strong networking skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
  • Passion: Commitment to building career opportunities and strengthening industry connections.
