The Group Security department directly contributes to execution of the information security strategy, protecting information assets by enforcing information security controls based on regulatory requirements and follows the international standard ISO/IEC 27000-series.

 Responsibilities:
  • Report on Information Security requirements according to group-wide standards and guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting.
  • Review and quality check delivered figures.
  • Document business and technical requirements for new reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders.
 Qualifications / Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree related to Cybersecurity, Business Informatics or comparable education.
  • Knowledge of general legal and regulatory frameworks in the financial industry, for example MaRisk, BAIT, German BSI IT-Grundschutz and industry standards like ISO/IEC 2700x or NIST.
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking, ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity or IT Audit is an asset.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
