Senior Image Editor & Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Image Editor to oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows, combining image editing skills with project coordination responsibilities.

  • Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images, ensuring consistency and quality standards in the final delivered work product.
  • Review and QA final images before client delivery to guarantee that all technical requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones effectively.
  • Monitor daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues promptly to maintain project efficiency.
  • Develop and document SOPs (standard operating procedures) and style guides for retouching and ensure adherence to these guidelines across the team.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior image editors as needed to support their growth and development in this role.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience, preferably in a similar senior role.
  • A strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows is essential for success in this position.
  • Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are crucial for managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in QA or project coordination roles is highly valued but not mandatory.
