The Campaign Operations Associate is a vital role in our organization's campaign management process.
- This position plays a key role in managing the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.
- We are seeking an individual who can manage campaign setup, launch, and monitoring (Display, Sponsored Products, Video, etc.), ensuring service level agreements are met and conducting live quality assurance during launch.
- Candidates must ensure compliance with technical and creative guidelines.
- This role requires collaboration with internal teams (creative, tech) and external stakeholders for operational coordination.
- Candidates must validate campaign deliverables (assets, targeting) before execution.
- This position involves identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and managing support tickets.
- Candidates will prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per standard operating procedures.
- This role requires escalating content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution.
- Candidates must monitor compliance and quality control processes, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and standards.
- This position involves handling operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution.
- Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets is required.
- Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms) is necessary.
- Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination are required.
- Candidates should be flexible to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
- Knowledge/understanding of digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing is preferred.
