Community Building Manager
The Community Building Manager oversees the development and maintenance of a positive community environment that fosters collaboration, engagement, and growth. This role involves conceptualizing and executing community initiatives, managing membership waiting lists, ensuring member satisfaction, and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a community environment conducive to collaboration
- Organize new member introduction events and social gatherings
- Work with local businesses to plan community engagement activities
- Measure and improve member satisfaction levels
- Ensure the front desk is staffed by a community team member at all times
- Conceptualize and execute community initiatives such as events and activities
- Introduce new members to the existing community
- Manage billing, check-ins/check-outs, and tours for members
- Attend to member needs and resolve issues promptly
- Manage membership waiting lists and ensure all members are enrolled on the app
- Proactively gather data on member business objectives and identify services that can help achieve their goals
- Supervise in-building events and escalate issues as needed
Operational Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness
- Assist in building policies related to guest registration, security, and building procedures
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the management
- Liaise with Facilities and IT Support teams to resolve member issues
- Conceptualize and roll-out initiatives to promote the community
- Liaise with Communications, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure digital communications are conceptualized and go-live prior to events
- Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged communities
- Inspect community amenities and services daily and raise maintenance requests as needed
- Prepare expense reports for review by the management on a monthly basis
- Send procurement requirements to respective teams in a timely manner
Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Limit desk vacancies through enhanced member experience
- Work with the marketing team to ensure required visibility for the community
- Manage community member leads with utmost care and in line with the sales process
- Focus on driving auxiliary revenue streams including meeting rooms, day passes, virtual office, event spaces, etc.
- Conduct walkthroughs and coordinate with Sales Team
- Conduct research on potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials based on such research
- Operate within the framework set by the organization and be a flag bearer of the organization's values and ethos
- Promote member offerings across the community
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ Years
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
