Treasury Management Role

Job Title:

Senior Treasury and Banking Professional

 

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury and Banking professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing funding needs and providing monthly reports on all treasury activities to senior management.
  • Analyzing and performing appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
  • Managing cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting.
  • Overseeing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
  • Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.
  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • CA qualification or MBA in Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in managing treasury functions, including FX, liquidity, cash flow, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good MS office skills and presentation skills.
