Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business or economics, and excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Asia. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing complex financial analysis, valuation and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Managing due diligence processes, communications and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Performing comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within the consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assisting in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborating with senior team members in deal origination, structuring and negotiation.
  • Supporting the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-graduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer and industrial sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
