Program Management Role

As a senior program manager, you will oversee the post-purchase journey of our marketplace. This involves driving seller dispatch readiness and 3PL performance to ensure reliability, cost efficiency, and a smooth retailer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee seller-side dispatches to ensure timely packing, order readiness, and minimal post-order stockout situations.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and hold them accountable for meeting pickup/delivery service level agreements, costs, and quality standards.
  • Optimize allocation processes to reduce transit exceptions, damages, and returns.
  • Partner with operations and customer support teams to lower contact rates, resolve inventory management issues, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Track penalty recovery, claims realization, and highlight leakage opportunities such as lane delays, packer misses, and weight mismatches.
Requirements:
  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, 3PL operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of seller dispatch operations, third-party logistics contracts, on-time delivery, return to origin, and cost levers.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, Excel, and SQL/BI software.
  • Bias for action, strong vendor management skills, and structured problem-solving abilities.
