Job Description

We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development life cycle, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

You will be responsible for developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products using C# and Python. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring robust and scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate unit and functional tests to ensure software quality.
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs for robust backend services.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and implement effective test strategies.
  • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely feedback to improve product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in C# programming including software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Proven experience in developing, automating, and executing unit and functional tests.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and integration purposes.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, xUnit, or similar for C#; Pytest or others for Python.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), test lifecycle (STLC), and Agile methodologies.
