Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies for complex software systems.
- Create and execute automated tests using Python and Pytest framework to validate software functionality.
- Lead API testing initiatives to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend services.
- Utilize Selenium for web application testing to identify and address potential issues.
- Conduct mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms.
- Define test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile testing methodologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in software testing with expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, and Appium.
- Strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile testing practices.
