Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead our team and drive customer satisfaction.

  • This role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this position, you will need strong people management skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

This is a high-level overview of the responsibilities associated with this position:

  1. Lead a team of Operations Leads to ensure customer delight.
  2. Coordinate with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.
  3. Manage internal stakeholders to ensure they receive necessary support.
  4. Own the customer experience from booking to handover.
  5. Resolve customer escalations within committed ETAs.
  6. Continuously coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
  7. Empower team members to solve problems on the ground.
  8. Ensure team adherence to defined process SOPs and standards.
  9. Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach.
