Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead our design team.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of interior design trends, styles, and technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end project lifecycle services.
  • Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on interior design trends and styles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Graduation in Interior Design or relevant field with 15 years of academic education.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including AutoCAD, PPT presentation, and other relevant software.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise, with the ability to close deals through logical and trusted sales pitches.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent creative thinking skills, with the ability to create designs based on conversations with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with clients and adjust approaches based on feedback.
  • Familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends, with the ability to provide the best ideas for clients.
  • High degree of willingness to learn, with the ability to drive performance among independent team members.
