Senior Interior Designer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage our design studio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design, a strong leadership presence, and exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team to develop innovative and high-quality interior solutions.
  • Oversee the entire design process – from concept development to final execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Effectively communicate design intent to clients and present projects confidently.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a strong design culture.
  • Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • A proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
