At Ivy Comptech, we are seeking a highly skilled Shift Lead to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving escalated cases that were not resolved on the first line, by investigating accounts and using back office tools to find acceptable and efficient resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate Back Office systems to locate reasons why an issue may have occurred and to find acceptable and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved to mutual satisfaction.
  • Work under pressure and be confident in answering complex customer enquiries.
  • Write competent emails to update or provide resolution to customers meeting high-quality business requirements.
  • Fully comply with Gambling Commission requirements and recognize social responsibility situations.
  • Awareness of current promotions, processes, and products across all markets/brands.
  • Run daily reports including categorized cases, VIP, and NVIP.
  • Prioritize queues based on business impact.
  • Record and feedback incorrect escalations.
  • Effectively manage new escalations and responses.
  • Take ownership for own conduct and behaviour demonstrating respect for self, assets, and digital environment.
  • Work flexible 24/7 shift rota including weekends as required.
  • Continually develop bookmaking, product knowledge, and skills across all markets and opportunities.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Ensure cases are managed within time frame required.
  • Identify legitimate SARs and liaise with relevant teams.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators.
  • Create positive customer experience.
  • Any other duties requested by Management.
  • Operate as effective team-member.

  • Critical thinking: Prioritizes work according to demands of different tasks and uses appropriate tools to organize own time.
  • Building relationships: Actively participates within team and is aware of how own role contributes to success of the team.
