Our organization seeks a skilled Parts Executive to manage and grow our parts sales network.

  2. Plan and execute strategies to onboard new retailers in assigned territories, ensuring seamless integration with assigned distributors.
  3. Collect and analyze retailer onboard data captured in DBM and Tableau to optimize parts reach and distribution.
  4. Engage in commercial parts sales promotions, identifying key growth areas and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Identify and promote genuine parts to technicians repairing AL LCV vehicles, driving business growth through targeted marketing efforts.
  6. Implement KYC processes on local technicians through the AL Dost app, facilitating efficient coupon redemption and enhanced customer engagement.
  7. Monitor and analyze retailer-wise parts sales data, providing actionable insights to drive performance enhancements.
  8. Develop and implement market intelligence gathering strategies, including competitor pricing analysis and local parts price monitoring, to inform business decisions.
  9. Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute BTL activities, leveraging promotional events to boost sales and brand visibility.
  10. Ensure distributor compliance with established processes for parts inward, billing, and stock movement within the system.
  11. Facilitate close coordination with RPM/RCSM teams to enhance distributor performance on a daily basis.
  12. Deliver training sessions to distributor executives on parts identification and the importance of genuine parts.
  13. Promote various serviceable kits developed for local technicians, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  14. Maintain effective communication with warehouse teams to ensure seamless order execution and address any pending issues.

  • Minimum Years of Experience: 4-5 Years
  • Prior Experience Required: Experience in After-Market Sales
  • Scouting Parts Retailers

  • Onboarding Technicians for Dost Coupons Program
  • Understanding After-Market Parts Sales
  • Collection of Market Intelligence on Parts
