**Role Description:**

As the Project Head for Disaster Relief Response, you will be critical in leading and managing disaster response initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and partnership development. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on achieving organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the disaster relief response team, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to timelines, resources, and strategies as needed.
  • Ensure team members have access to necessary support, resources, and training to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
  • Facilitate regular reviews and discussions to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing team performance and efficiency.
  • Organize sessions or provide resources to support team members in managing mental stress and well-being during high-pressure situations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in disaster management, humanitarian aid, public health, or related field.
  • Total of 8-10 years of experience in project management with a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in disaster relief management, emergency response, or a closely related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and projects in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
