System Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled System Performance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our services.

  • You will be responsible for engaging in the entire lifecycle of services, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Your duties will include conducting system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, and launch reviews to support services before they go live.
  • Once services are live, you will measure and monitor availability, latency, and overall system health to maintain them effectively.
  • You will run continuous improvement activities to improve service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.
  • You will work with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the Service.
  • You will also implement metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes.
  • You will align with or improve change management and capacity planning processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with end-to-end performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter. You should also have knowledge of monitoring tools like AppD, Grafana, Splunk, as well as DevOps and CI/CD principles.
