Optimize Workforce Management Systems

You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our workforce management systems, ensuring timekeeping and payroll processes are efficient, accurate, and fully compliant with legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Modules: Lead the configuration and enhancement of modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, and especially Time-to-Pay (TTP).
  • Design Pay Rules: Design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Ensure Payroll Accuracy: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of TTP rules to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • Manage Integrations: Manage integrations between UKG Dimensions and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide Expert Support: Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop Training Materials: Develop user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience: 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • Time-to-Pay Expertise: Proven expertise in configuring the Time-to-Pay (TTP) module.
  • Australian Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll, award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance requirements.
  • Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating UKG Dimensions with a major Australian payroll system.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
