Backend Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Node.js (NestJS framework preferred) and TypeScript, with strong expertise in GraphQL API design and implementation.

This role requires architectural expertise across monolithic and microservices-based systems, proficiency in PostgreSQL, and hands-on experience with Azure cloud architecture, including Container Apps.

The engineer will also work on Azure OpenAI integrations, OCR pipelines, and event-driven real-time systems such as WebSocket connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend applications using Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement robust GraphQL APIs and multiple system integrations.
  • Architect, optimize, and scale backend systems on Azure Container Apps for improved efficiency.
  • Implement secure Azure OpenAI integrations and OCR pipelines.
  • Work on both monolithic and microservices-based architectures for enhanced scalability.
  • Design and integrate real-time systems with WebSocket connections for seamless communication.
  • Ensure 90-95% unit test coverage for all code developed for reliability.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver innovative, secure, and enterprise-level solutions that meet business needs.
