Business Development Manager - Flexible Packaging

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager with experience in the flexible packaging industry to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for flexible packaging products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution through coordination with production and technical teams.
  • Provide market insights, identify trends, and contribute to pricing, product development, and promotional strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and product applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer issues professionally and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
