Job Opportunity: Packaging Development Executive

This role involves the selection of appropriate primary, secondary and tertiary packaging materials based on brand requirements.

  • Selecting packaging materials based on brand specifications.
  • Developing new vendors and conducting quality control audits.
  • Creating media files like KLDs, 3-D mock-ups, and 3D pack shots for projects.
  • Managing artwork activities from design to manufacturing, taking full ownership.
  • Investigating market complaints and internal complaints related to packaging material defects.
  • Generating ideas to reduce packaging material costs and wastage.
  • Monitoring existing packaging processes and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost, and quality.
  • Managing inventory and packaging material procurement.
  • Developing Q.C processes to monitor incoming packaging materials quality.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in packaging development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of packaging materials and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
