Enterprise Program Director

This role is responsible for driving the execution of strategic projects and programs, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through effective partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Forge strong relationships with SAP to guarantee compliance and alignment with program objectives.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the rollout of Instructor-Led Training programs across multiple segments, focusing on scalability and learner engagement.
  • Establish and streamline operations for scheduling, instructor enablement, learner experience, and program governance, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop comprehensive learning programs at scale to support enterprise upskilling and workforce readiness, aligning with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to co-create initiatives and integrate training into transformation journeys, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership development and SAP partnership management, with a proven track record of success.
  • A background in managing learning & upskilling businesses, preferably with extensive experience in large-scale enterprise training.
  • The ability to create and scale learning programs, leveraging innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, navigating complex ecosystems with ease.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to represent learning services in executive conversations and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:
  • No less than 18 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on enterprise partnerships and training initiatives.
  • A proven history of managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with enterprise software providers, driving successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and inspire teams.
  • An educational background that includes at least 15 years of full-time education.
