IT Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering strategic projects and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams, leveraging business intelligence tools, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across various sectors.
  • Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Foster clear and consistent communication among team members, clients, and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of IT experience, progressing from Software Engineer to leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and ITOM.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Certified Scrum Master & Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Experience in handling large cross-functional teams and enterprise-level IT projects.
  • Strong ability to influence and gain buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Excellent skills in strategic planning, execution, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in using BI tools and data-driven decision-making.
