    • Submitting applications and following up with institutions to ensure a smooth process.
    • Providing guidance on visa applications, including required documents and interview preparation.
  • Communication and Administrative Tasks
    • Communicating with university admissions offices on behalf of applicants.
    • Regularly following up with applicants to ensure they meet deadlines and provide necessary information or documents.
    • Maintaining a detailed database of applicant information, application statuses, and communication records.
    • Conducting pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare applicants for their move abroad.
