Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our products. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth through innovative product development.

  • Owning the product development lifecycle from discovery to post-release support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading the discovery process by conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
  • Defining clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Working closely with engineering teams to manage sprint planning, development timelines, and ensure clear communication around product expectations.
  • Conducting usability testing, analyzing feedback, and iterating on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Leading post-release evaluations to measure product success and identify areas for further optimization.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth execution.
  • Monitoring product performance metrics, user feedback, and customer escalations to inform ongoing product improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features from conception through post-release.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and data into actionable product insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and priorities.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms in the health and wellness industry.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and basic technical understanding.
