API Integration Specialist Role

We are a global travel technology company that provides flight and hotel services to online agencies and government organizations. We specialize in delivering seamless, scalable API integrations that empower our clients with real-time travel solutions.

Job Description

This role is focused on managing API integrations and driving continuous optimization with both clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be able to lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus).
